As the result of a careful selection by the club’s nominating committee and following readings during three regular club meetings, the following Lions members in good standing were elected to serve as officers of the Loomis Lions Club for 2010 -2011.

The Loomis Lions Club was selected as one of top District 4-C5 clubs in 2009-10 period because of its continued membership growth. At the start of the 2009-10 year it’s membership was 50 and by June 30 it had risen to nearly 55.
The Club expects its new member count for 2010-2011 will be 60 or more which is the seating capacity of one of its two regular club houses.

The Loomis Lions Club is one of 60 Lions Clubs in District 4-C5 and is located in central California, USA. It was sponsored by Roseville Host Lions Club in July, 1953. Its members serve the community through a variety of projects with emphasis on eyesight needs, school requests, student speaking, scouting efforts, and by providing the local area with social events such as crab feeds and other community events . A small portion of the Club’s funds go to help with crisis at the global level through direct financial assistance. We look forward to seeing you as a guest at one of our future meetings.
